Environment and Safety Training
Before 2016, safety and environment trainings were organized as following :
- ✓ all employees were trained in 3 times : morning shift, evening shift, night shift. The training groups were important : more than 50 people.
- ✓ the training meeting time was 30 minutes.
In 2016, we decided to organize safety and environment training meeting by small group (about 10 people) : by this fact, discussion and questions/ answers between the group and the trainer are facilitated. The communication is better and the training is more efficient. The training meeting time is now 1 hour. We include in training meeting some practical exercices :
in 2016 : a game in order to improve our capacity to recognize accident risks in a industrial situation.
in 2017 : to use in real situation the anti-pollution kit when a pollution occured by dangerous liquid.
Gas Consumption Reduction
For Aisan Industry France, gas is used exclusively for heating system. In order to reduce gaz consumption, you will find below 1 example of actions :
Implemented Action
AIF put in place some plastic trays between area which is not heated (way for forklift) and a workshop which is heated.
Above, the organization which allows the forklift to take the waste bins and to separate completely forklift way and pedestrians way.
